Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind? No problem — just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@brosq.com . If we catch it in time before it’s processed, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund within 7 business days. After 24 hours, your order may already be in motion, and we won’t be able to stop it.

Our 60-Day Money Back Promise

We’re confident our products will make a difference, but if after 14 days you’re still not seeing what you hoped for, you can request a return anytime within 60 days of ordering. Simply email us at hello@brosq.com or use the contact form on our site. Please include your order number, name, and the email you used to place the order. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. Note: we refund the product cost only — shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Received Something Damaged?

We do our best to package everything securely, but if your item shows up damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours. Send an email with your order number and clear photos of the issue to hello@brosq.com . If the product itself is damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just keep in mind that minor dents or scuffed boxes don’t count as product damage.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

While we work hard to get your order out quickly, some things like shipping delays or customs are outside our control. If your tracking shows it’s delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they’ve left our warehouse.

Wrong Address at Checkout?

Double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you made a mistake, let us know within 24 hours. After that, we can’t guarantee address changes, and we won’t be able to refund or resend items shipped to the wrong place.
