Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and ship it. During high-demand periods like holidays or special promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location. Here’s what you can expect:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days

🇨🇦 Canada: 6–12 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days

🌎 International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may occur)

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates, and external factors like customs, weather, or courier delays may cause unexpected changes.

Important: Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If anything looks off, contact us at hello@brosq.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will reach out for verification. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, your order may be canceled.

Delayed Deliveries

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays can happen—especially with couriers facing unexpected disruptions like weather or logistics issues. If there’s any delay on our end (e.g., stock availability, address issues), we’ll let you know right away. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we’ll always keep you updated and assist however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, it’s out of our hands. If your package goes missing, contact us at hello@brosq.com and we’ll help however possible. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier too. In some cases, we may offer a one-time replacement based on the situation.

Note: BROSQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot offer refunds for them, but we’ll do everything we can to support you through the recovery process.
